Síolta Voices: Holding Palestine – A Conversation & Resourcing Space

"Palestine is a moral litmus test for the world."

Angela Davis

In this special edition of Síolta Voices, we invite you into a space of solidarity, truth-telling, and collective resourcing as we turn our hearts and attention toward what is happening in Palestine.

This 90-minute online gathering will be hosted by Síolta’s Jenny O’Hare, We are honoured to be joined by Dee Mulrooney, artist, activist, and long-time advocate for Palestinian liberation. Dee will speak to us from her deep well of experience — sharing insights on the historical and present-day realities in Palestine, the power of creative resistance, and ways we can channel our grief and heartbreak into meaningful, tangible action.

To support us in staying grounded amidst the emotional weight of this time, Stella Temirati, breathwork facilitator and trauma-informed practitioner, will guide a gentle restorative breathwork practice. This offering is designed to help soothe the nervous system and allow space for regulation, reflection, and inner resourcing.

This is not a space of answers — but of deep listening, witnessing, and shared courage. You are welcome exactly as you are.

What to Expect:

  • A compassionate and open-hearted space to reflect on Palestine and our collective response

  • Insightful conversation and guidance from guest speaker Dee Mulroney

  • Community-centred facilitation from Jenny O’Hare

  • A grounding, restorative breathwork session with Stella Tam

  • Space to connect, grieve, and act — together

Who is this for?
Anyone feeling impacted by the current events in Palestine. Anyone seeking a space to reflect, to act, or simply to be held in community. Whether you’re feeling helpless, heavy, confused, or driven — you are not alone.

All proceeds from this gathering will be donated directly to support grassroots efforts on the ground in Palestine.

We hope you’ll join us in this space of solidarity and care.

The Facilitators

Dee Mulroney is an Irish artist, storyteller, and activist. Her multidisciplinary work spans visual art, film, theatre, and narrative performance, often exploring themes of identity, resistance, and liberation.

A long-time activist and committed supporter of the Palestinian cause, Dee brings a deep sense of political urgency and global solidarity to everything she creates. Her artistic and activist work are inseparable — both grounded in a belief that truth-telling, imagination, and community are essential tools in the fight for justice.

Jenny O’Hare is a nature-based facilitator, grief-tender, and deep-ecologist. Her work weaves together soul-aligned practices, and the sacred work of remembering ourselves as part of the larger living world.

Jenny is a core team member at Síolta Wellbeing, where she facilitates gatherings rooted in reverence, resilience, and belonging. She holds spaces that support people in resourcing themselves through nature connection, embodied presence, and collective care — especially in times of grief, overwhelm, and uncertainty.

Stella Temirati is a breathwork facilitator based in Ireland. Stella’s work is rooted in the belief that the breath is medicine — a practical and gentle gateway into regulation, clarity, and inner connection. She offers community breathwork journeys like “Breathe for Peace”, which fundraises for the Palestinian cause.

Stella integrates her healing practice with her dedication to social justice and liberation. She believes that inner regulation and collective action are deeply interconnected, especially in times of crisis.
