Join us for the this Síolta Voices Online Masterclass, where we explore the theme of the Self, by transcending the small (personal) self. This session will begin with a short introductory talk on Transpersonal Psychology — a branch of psychology that explores the spiritual and transcendent dimensions of human experience. Together, we will reflect on how experiences beyond the ego — such as deep connection, non-ordinary states of consciousness, and mystical experience — can support healing, growth, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
Following this reflective opening, we will move into a guided Breathwork Journey using the powerful practice of Conscious Connected Breathing. This technique offers safe access to altered states of consciousness in which profound inner work can unfold. In this expanded state, the breath becomes a bridge — gently guiding us toward hidden, forgotten, or disowned parts of ourselves. It becomes a space where the unconscious can speak, the body can release, and deeper truths may rise to the surface.
This session will be held with care, thoughtful facilitation, and grounding in the Síolta Voices ethos: that within each of us is a seed — an síol — of innate wisdom, worth, and wholeness.
No prior experience with breathwork is necessary.
Síolta CPD Cert awarded upon request - please pay €25 if you would like to receive the cert and let us know ahead of the Masterclass.

Conscious Connected Breathing is a powerful and safe way to alter our state of consciousness so that we can tap deeper into our psyche, release emotional tension, gain emotional clarity, and experience an ever-deepening relationship with ourselves. This practice serves as a gateway to self-discovery and personal growth by fostering insight and inner healing.
With the use of conscious and intentional breath, we can embark upon the ultimate journey: the one where we discover who we really are, and gain the insight needed to transform into who we’re capable of becoming.
“Sean's breathwork sessions were outstanding. I have done a lot of breathwork and honestly never had an experience like I had at the weekend. Also he has a very calming presence and held space to allow people to give themselves permission to be them. He created a very safe environment.” - Sinead, Nov 2024.
