We’re offering two separate day retreats focused on reflecting and resetting after all we experienced in 2024. creating a new vision for yourself in 2025, and nourishing and enriching the ‘soil’ of your inner world for this vision to truly blossom.
You can choose to attend one or both days with the option of booking a room at Ashley Park House and making the weekend out of it - single occupancy B&B is just €85 - you can email them here to book your room.
Over these two days our practitioners will support you with practices to nourish and restore your system, integrate all the wisdom of the year you had, and to call in what your heart desires for this new year - this is a very special weekend for us and we’re excited to have you with us!
DAY 1 - Reflect, Reset & Envision - Jan 11th, 10.30am-5pm
This day will consist of four workshops led by our practitioners, Jenny, Hannah & Wayne, as well as a delicious veggie lunch at our stunning retreat location Ashley Park House, a beautiful glass room overlooking the lake, the most tranquil of settings.

Jenny will guide a nature connection journey to reflect, gather, harvest and grow. You will begin with a meditative practice aligning with the seasonal resonance of this time. We then follow a guided journey through the last 4 seasons of the cycle. Remembering and gathering your experiences, your growths, what fell away, the allies that journeyed with you, and the web that held you.
You will identify what you are carrying with you, what needs more tending, what is wanting to blossom and how to create the soil for growth. Situating yourself in the Here and Now - planted in a fallow time of rich compost and tending the fertile ground from which to grow.

Hannah will guide you in a gentle Movement Practice and a Connected Breath Practice, which will focus on reseting, releasing and recharging your system. This gentle yet powerful breath & movement journey you will support you to integrate what was illuminated in the ‘Reflect’ workshop, alchemising what you need to release, while connecting to your innate power and dreams of your heart which will fuel you through the year to come.tion text goes here

Wayne will guide you through a powerful visioning workshop designed to set the stage for an inspired 2025. You'll dive deep into your aspirations, uncovering what truly matters to you for the year ahead. Through guided exercises, you’ll craft a vision that brings your goals to life, connecting intention with purpose to fuel meaningful progress. This workshop isn't just about setting goals—it’s about aligning with your core values, clarifying priorities, and creating a roadmap that empowers you to step confidently into the future.

To ground in all the days teachings, insights and tools we will close with a sound ceremony where Hannah will work with the vibration of crystal singing bowls, and gongs. The 432 hertz bowls will bring you into a deep meditative state and Hannah will guide you on a journey to align your unconscious with the work done throughout the day.

DAY 2 - Nourish & Enrich - Jan 12th, 10.30am- 3pm
Day two is a little shorter and is all about nourishment - we’ll be tending to our bodies with restorative movement to release & unwind, we’ll share cacao to support us to connect with the heart, a sound bath of crystal bowls & gongs for deep relaxation, and breathwork to energise you for the year ahead. We’ll share a delicious veggie lunch to close the day together in community.

We’ll open the Day with a Cacao Ceremony, cacao is a beautiful medicine which supports us to connect with our hearts - we’ll anchor in our intentions for the day and year ahead.

This will be an opportunity for you to really connect with your body - we carry so much tension in our body which we forget to release. Here we’ll practice Slow Restorative Movement and really tuning into what our bodies are asking of us.

Breathwork can be a beautiful way to journey inward and connect more deeply with yourself - this will be a light breathwork session to support you to connect with your heart and generate energy within to take with you beyond the workshop.

Hannah works with quarts crystal bowls and gongs, the sound and vibration supports us in entering a deep meditative state where deep rest and restoration happens - you’ll leave feeling like you’re floating on a cloud.
