Walking Together Mentorship Programs
A dedicated space to deepen your relationship with yourself, your life and the questions these times are asking of you.
Some journeys benefit from being walked alongside another.
Our one-to-one programmes offer ongoing support, reflection and accountability for those seeking to integrate personal transformation into everyday life. Rooted in depth psychology, embodiment, Irish wisdom traditions and the living world, these programmes provide a steady container for meaningful change.
Why work one-to-one?
While our immersions offer powerful moments of insight and connection, lasting transformation often unfolds through sustained relationship.
Working individually allows us to meet your unique story, challenges and aspirations with greater depth and care.
Together, we create space to slow down, reflect deeply and cultivate the inner capacities needed to navigate both personal transitions and the wider changes shaping our world.

HANNAH BOWLER
Founder, Mentor, Facilitator, Artist.
I founded Síolta in 2023 with a vision of laying the foundations for a community rooted in personal and collective growth, where inner transformation becomes the ground from which a more connected future can emerge.
My work sits at the meeting place of depth psychology, embodiment, interpersonal relationship, ecology and culture. While much of modern wellbeing focuses on individual optimisation, I am interested in a wider question: how do we become people who are resourced enough to contribute meaningfully to the communities, cultures and futures we are creating together?
I believe that personal transformation is never solely personal. The way we relate to ourselves shapes how we relate to one another, to the natural world and to the systems we participate in every day. For me, inner work is not an escape from the world but a preparation for meeting it with greater presence, responsibility and imagination.
Through workshops, retreats, mentoring and community gatherings, I create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, explore the deeper patterns shaping their lives, and cultivate the psychological and emotional capacity needed to navigate complexity with integrity.
I hold a First Class MA in Jungian (Depth) Psychology, where my research explored Jungian somatics, the inner child and the integration of psychological opposites. My work also draws from years of study in body-based approaches, contemplative traditions, yoga, relationship education and collective healing practices. I am currently completing an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy, and I see myself as a lifelong student, continually learning from teachers, community and the living world.
In founding Síolta, I came to recognise healing as both an individual and collective endeavour. Through collaboration with practitioners, artists, thinkers and community leaders, Síolta seeks to nurture a culture of depth, reciprocity and conscious participation, supporting people not simply to feel better, but to become active participants in shaping a more connected, compassionate and life-giving future.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: the seeds we plant within ourselves inevitably grow into the world around us. By tending to those seeds with care, we help create the conditions for communities, and future generations, to flourish.
JENNY O’HARE
Facilitator, Educator, Mentor.
My work is rooted in deep ecology, and the belief that all realities are interconnected, and situated within systems and cycles. As a facilitator, I work with groups in cultivating our ecological selves, dis-entangling some of our griefs, and honing our belonging. As an educator, I teach climate and emotional literacy, taking a regenerative approach to people, process and place. As a mentor, I work with individuals in honouring our personal stories and growing our wholeness.
Taking a systems approach means realising that not one thing is separate from another. Our grief is not separate from a shifting landscape. Our cultural inheritance is influenced by systems of colonialism and power that morph and live through us. Our wellbeing and thriving is intrinsically linked to biodiversity, community health, freedom of expression and spiritual sustenance. I support individuation rather than individualism - Seeing the gift in every life, towards a richer tapestry of mutual shining and thriving.
I hold a masters in ecological conservation, training in eco-therapy & eco-psychology, in ritual, rites of passage, grief and death & dying, as well as social theory and hosting the conversations that matter. I am passionate about what can emerge when we meet life with the fullness of our attention and intention, together, le chéile, because we were never meant to do this alone. My tools are varied; ecosomatics, interpersonal dialogue, ancestral grief ritual, and the wisdom of the individual as part of the whole.
My relationship with Ireland is rich and complex. I have walked these animist lands as kin since I was a child. My inner landscape is the wild rocky shores, mountains and sweeping sands of the south west coast. Gaeilge hums in my heartbeat, istigh ionam. But I also needed to leave - knew there was more to experience as a human than was immediately available here in this somewhat closed colloquial culture. I lived abroad and travelled far, learning from other lands, peoples and cultures, and returned home in 2021.
Amidst a surging language and cultural revival, there are whispers of indigeneity here that are rare in our increasingly monocultural world. There is will and beauty, and a hunger for what is real and true. There is ground that is ripe for exploration and expansion beyond the shackles of colonialism, catholicism and capitalism. And an increasing capacity for a resolution to stories past, and a resolve for futures possible.
